Fees and Payments

Your credit card(s) transaction will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by ORMPL or by any other vendor or service provider through ORMPL. You have to pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the Visa process are subject to change, where as embassy consular fees as well as application form and documentation required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policies

ORMPL will not provide full refund if our documentation department finds that information provided is incorrect during our consultation process, which led to the case being refused. No refund on GOI Taxes or service fees or embassy fees or courier fees or shipping charges will be refunded after receiving the documents and the application process has begun. No refunds shall be done in case of Visa refusal after providing services, also no refunds shall be done in case of false documents or incorrect information provided to us.

Time Clarity

Processing time for the visa and passport quoted by ORMPL are approximately based on processing times provided by Consulates and the Department of State under normal circumstances. ORMPL will not be held responsible for any late response, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No GOI TAXES, nor service fees or embassy fees, courier fees or shipping charges will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
